Flan Cake

All You Need:
  • 5 eggs
  • 1can condensed milk
  • 1can evaporated milk
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
The Recipe:
  • Mix the ingredients above to make batter
  • For caramel syrup-put 1/4th cup sugar and heat on stove to form a liquid
  • Pour caramel in the baking dish and then pour  the batter 
  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • You have to bake using double dish:  Put water in a big baking dish, and put the small baking dish with batter in this 
  • Bake at 350F for one hour
  • Let cool and gently  flip it onto serving dish
