Millet Dosa ( tastes EXACTLY like regular dosa)

All You Need:
  • Whole Urad Dal - 2 cups
  • Barnyard millet - 4 cups
The Recipe:
  • Soak all the above for 8 hrs and grind into a smooth batter and let it ferment
  • Do not add salt while grinding. Only add it for the small batch just before using it. This way batter stays fresh longer
  • Note : No need of any methi seeds
