All You Need:
- Whole Urad Dal - 2 cups
- Barnyard millet - 4 cups
The Recipe:
- Soak all the above for 8 hrs and grind into a smooth batter and let it ferment
- Do not add salt while grinding. Only add it for the small batch just before using it. This way batter stays fresh longer
- Note : No need of any methi seeds
