All You Need for Khaman Dhokla:
- 1 cup Besan
- 1/2 cup Curd
- Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Turmeric
- Soda dissolved in water
- Tadka - Avalu, Karepaku, Greenchillies, water, cilantro
- Grated Coconut (Optional)
- Mix all the dry ingredients first. Then add curd and water.
- Dissolve soda in water and add to the batter
- Pour the batter into a lightly greased thali and steam for 10 mts
- Add Tadka and grated coconut (optional)
- Serve hot with green chutney
