All You Need:
- Jeera
- Hing
- Onion
- Tomatoes
- Lemonjuice
- Kasoori Methi
- Masala paste -> ginger (v little)+garlic+kaju+coconut grate+elachi+lavang
- Tandoori Masala Powder. See recipe here
The Recipe:
- Heat oil and add jeera,hing,onion,masala paste and grated tomatoes
- After it cooks for 2 mts, add red chilli powder,tandoori powder,haldi,boiled peas
- Simmer for 2 mts
- Add lemonjuice and kasoori methi
- Cook till oil separates
