Kadai Matar

All You Need:
  • Jeera
  • Hing
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Lemonjuice
  • Kasoori Methi
  • Masala paste -> ginger (v little)+garlic+kaju+coconut grate+elachi+lavang
  • Tandoori Masala Powder. See recipe here
The Recipe:
  • Heat oil and add jeera,hing,onion,masala paste and grated tomatoes
  • After it cooks for 2 mts, add red chilli powder,tandoori powder,haldi,boiled peas
  • Simmer for 2 mts
  • Add lemonjuice and kasoori methi
  • Cook till oil separates
