All You Need:
- Onions, slit length wise, small
- Green Chillies
- Ginger garlic paste (v v less)
- Mustard seeds
- Jeera
- Vegetable pieces like lauki,carrots etc
- Tamarind paste
- Red chilli powder
- Toor dal, cooked (lil qty)
- Heat a sp of oil and add mustard seeds,jeera,onions and green chillies
- Add vegetables pieces and salt
- After few mins , add tamarind paste,red chilli powder,sugar
- In the end, add toor dal ,jeera-methi powder and cilantro
