All You Need:
- Tomato, cut into slices
- Green Chillies
- Tamarind pulp
- Haldi
- Salt
- Curry leaves
- Garlic chopped (2 cloves)
- Tadka - Mustard seeds,Chana dal,Urad dal,Red chillies,Hing,Dhaniya(little)
- In oil, add the tadka
- Add the tomato slices and green chillies and let it cook for a considerable time
- Add tamarind pulp,haldi,salt,1 tsp sugar,curry leaves
- Grind everything along with Cilantro and chopped garlic
