Kandi Podi

The Recipe (Peddatta recipe):
  • Roast each of the dals in these proportions separately without oil --> 1 cup Kandipappu, 1/2 cup Senaga pappu,1/2 cup Pesara pappu
  • Mix all three and grind along with roasted red mirchi,Jeera, Curry leaves, Hing, Salt.
