Alu Matar

The Recipe:
  • Boil potatoes and peas separately
  • In a pan of oil, fry thinly sliced onions (long),ginger-garlic paste,Curry leaves, green chilli,haldi
  • Then add lil tomato slices and sugar. After they cook, add karam and green peas and lil water
  • Let it cook very well.
  • At the end add potatoes and salt and lil water if needed  and let it cook.After a few minutes, add cilantro generously and a dollop of ghee. Serve with hot rotis.
