The Recipe:
- Boil potatoes and peas separately
- In a pan of oil, fry thinly sliced onions (long),ginger-garlic paste,Curry leaves, green chilli,haldi
- Then add lil tomato slices and sugar. After they cook, add karam and green peas and lil water
- Let it cook very well.
- At the end add potatoes and salt and lil water if needed and let it cook.After a few minutes, add cilantro generously and a dollop of ghee. Serve with hot rotis.
