Majjiga Pulusu

The Recipe:
  • Grind ginger,green chillies,cilantro,coconut grate,salt and Jeera along with little water.
  • Add little besan to the above mixture and mix well.
  • Add fresh curd in a vessel and little water and churn it to make a semi-liquid consistency.
  • Add the mixture from step 2 to the curd in step 3. Add little haldi too. Boil the mixture (not for very long) till the mixture rises to the top once.
  • In the end, add BOILED Lauki pieces and then tadka.
  • Tadka -> In a spoon of hot oil, add mustard seeds,jeera,hing,red chillies.
