All You Need:
- Boneless chicken
- Marination - Ginger garlic paste, Red chilli powder, oil, salt, turmeric, Dhaniya powder, Garam masala powder,Lemon, Curd(optional)
- Onion cut in small pieces
- Shahjeera
- Cloves
- Curry Leaves
- Dry coconut powder
- Kaju
- Cilantro
The Recipe:
- Cut chicken into small pieces and keep aside
- Mix all the marination ingredients and add chicken pieces to it. Keep aside for 30 mins
- In a shallow pan, heat oil and add shahjeera, cloves and onion pieces. Let it fry well.
- Add small spoon of ginger garlic paste and cook further
- Add chicken, salt and close lid. Let it cook
- Once it is tender, open the lid and let the chicken fry
- In the end, adjust spices if needed
- Add a small spoon of coconut powder and some cilantro
- You can also fry Kaju (Optional) and add in the end
